Step 1: Pick your plan and share info
Fill out the form provided, and one of our agents will reach out to you. We’ll review your options and recommend the pricing package that best fits your needs. Once you choose a plan, we’ll send you a consent form. After you submit it, we’ll upload your property to the FSBO website.

Step 2: Consider Optional Services
At checkout, you can enhance your exposure by adding optional services, including MLS® System listings, social media advertising, or lawn sign orders.

Step 3: Opening Your Home for Viewing
Once your property goes live, you can typically expect to hear from buyers and their agents within just a few hours. Your home will immediately be visible to local REALTORS® , as well as on some of Canada’s most popular real estate websites, including REALTOR.ca.
This early exposure generates strong initial interest and excitement around your property. That’s why it’s absolutely essential that all listing details are 100% accurate before your REALTOR.ca debut. Our thorough listing process ensures everything is correct the first time—because getting it right from the start makes all the difference.

Step 4: Considering Offers
There are typically two ways an offer may be presented:

The buyer’s agent reaches out on their behalf.
In either situation, we provide full support by guiding you through the next steps and ensuring the proposal is properly reviewed by your lawyer for closing.
For clients with our Premium Package, a licensed REALTOR® can also assist with negotiations to help you achieve the best outcome. You may upgrade to the Premium Package at any point, even after receiving an offer.

Step 5: Finalize the Deal
The last stage of selling a home is when your lawyer or notary starts the conveyancing process. Your sales contract will outline the closing (or completion), adjustment, and possession dates. These are usually scheduled a day or two apart, but in some cases, they may all fall on the same day.
